Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the business relationship between LM Motion & Mind GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”, and its customers, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.

By booking a service online, by telephone, by email or on-site, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Conclusion of the Contract

The booking of a training session, coaching session, group course or other service is binding. Once an appointment has been arranged, a contract subject to payment is concluded between the Provider and the Customer.

2. Prices and Payment Terms

  • The applicable prices are based on the Provider’s published offers.

  • Payment may be made:

    • in cash on-site;

    • via TWINT; or

    • using any other payment method offered.

  • Outstanding amounts must be paid no later than before the booked service begins.

3. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment time.

  • In the event of a late cancellation or failure to attend the appointment, the booked service may be charged in full.

  • Appointments cancelled within the required notice period may be rescheduled subject to availability.

  • Where an appointment cannot take place due to circumstances attributable to the Provider, it will be rescheduled free of charge or any amounts already paid will be refunded. Any further claims are excluded.

4. Participation and Health

  • Participation in all services is voluntary and at the Customer’s own responsibility.

  • The Customer must inform the Provider before the training begins of any health limitations, injuries, pregnancy or other relevant medical conditions.

  • The Provider does not replace a qualified medical or therapeutic professional. Customers with health concerns are advised to seek medical advice before beginning training.

5. Liability

  • The Provider is liable only for damage caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

  • To the extent permitted by law, all liability for accidents, injuries, health consequences, property damage, theft or loss of personal belongings is excluded.

  • Use of the riding simulator and participation in all training services are at the Customer’s own risk.

  • The Provider accepts no liability for personal belongings or valuables.

  • The Customer is liable for damage caused by improper use or wilful misconduct.

6. Insurance

The Customer is responsible for maintaining adequate accident insurance and personal liability insurance.

7. Minors

  • Minors require the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Minors must wear a suitable riding helmet or bicycle helmet during training.

8. Clothing and Equipment

  • Suitable riding or sports clothing and sturdy footwear with a small heel must be worn during training.

  • Equipment specifically designed for use with the riding simulator is provided by the Provider. Customers may use their own saddle by prior arrangement.

9. Subscriptions and Vouchers

  • Multi-session subscriptions, packages and vouchers are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Cash redemption is excluded.

10. Changes to Services

The Provider reserves the right to modify its services, prices, opening hours or content at any time.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is treated confidentially and used exclusively for the provision of services. Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

12. Severability Clause

Should any individual provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

13. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law shall apply exclusively.

The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of LM Motion & Mind GmbH, unless mandatory statutory provisions stipulate otherwise.
